Tales in Crux

Travel across worlds and dimensions, over sideways and under, from story to story, on a gripping theatrical ride into the happiness and horrors of 20-something life. Rummage through the trinkets we’ve gathered, the gems we’ve collected, the hidden skeletons, the prisons, the palaces, and the memories, in this festival of original plays!

Borrowing from the multi-layered narrative style of 1001 Arabian Nights, the festival travels across five different brand new plays and is designed to lift audiences into a different world, giving them a reason to turn off their televisions and come out to see live theatre.

Featuring performances by Michelle Ah-Seng, May Bosaing, Caitlin Docking, Samuel Hahn, Asher Isbrucker, Luke Johnson, Nick Rinke, Tracy Schut, and Maddie Tuer. Stage management by Curtis Li, design by Daniel Tessy, Choreography by Natasha Zacher and production management by Jason Deo. Featuring writing and direction by May Bosaing, Paula Zelaya Cervantes, Caitlin Docking, Jayda Novak, Nick Rinke, and Matthew Willis.
