Pirates?

Kid's Tugboat, Granville Island

Presented on September 2012 at the Vancouver International Fringe Festival as a part of the Onsite program. In the evening, when the kids and tourists have long left and a chilly breeze is beginning to blow, a group of 20 -somethings dress up to play Pirates? at a kids' tugboat on Granville island . But the man in the dark suit observes them at a distance, unimpressed by their silliness. He will do everything he can to stop them--maybe even join the game. Unicorns, sword-fights, krakens, magic, and flying--Pirates? is a site specific show designed to bring its audience into a kid's world.
